1. The Service

RealYou provides a personal beauty and identity discovery, AI-generated Signature profiles, and personal magazine editions at realyou.beauty. The service is operated by Beotela OOD, VAT BG130389067, Ul. Gurgulyat 33, Sofia, Bulgaria.

RealYou is a personal development and editorial experience and does not constitute therapy, medical advice, or psychological treatment. The insights and content generated are for personal reflection purposes only.

2. Purchases

The RealYou Issue 001 Edition is a one-time digital purchase of $9.99 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of the product, refunds are not available once the edition has been generated and delivered to you. If you experience a technical failure on our part that prevented delivery, please contact us at hello@realyou.beauty and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Memberships

The RealYou Membership ($14.99/month) and Special Editions may be purchased separately. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Access to membership features continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for cancellations.

4. Your Content

The discovery responses you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you grant RealYou a limited licence to process them using our editorial systems solely to generate your personal RealYou content. We do not use your responses to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful personal purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our editorial prompts or models

• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially

• Use our services in any way that could harm or mislead others

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

6. Intellectual Property

The RealYou platform, brand, design system, and generated content (other than your personal discovery responses) are owned by Beotela OOD. Your personal magazine edition is licensed to you for personal use. You may print or save it for your own use but may not distribute it commercially.

7. No Guarantees

RealYou offers personal insight and editorial reflection tools. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, improvements, or transformations as a result of using our services. Results are personal, subjective, and depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beotela OOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
